Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons dry Ranch seasoning mix
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder or 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • ¼ cup salted butter melted
  • 1 tube 10-count regular-size biscuits
  • 3 oz. mozzarella cheese cubed into ¾-inch pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400 °F (204 °C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
  • Cut the mozzarella into ¾-inch cubes and set them aside.
  • Open the biscuit canister, gently press each round flat, place a cheese cube in the center, then pinch the edges together to encase the filling.
  • Position the sealed biscuits on the prepared sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each.
  • Stir the melted butter with the Ranch seasoning and garlic powder (or minced garlic), then brush the mixture over every bomb.
  • Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until the tops turn a rich golden brown.
  • Upon removal, brush with any leftover butter blend and let rest for 5 minutes.
  • Present warm alongside marinara or your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

You may substitute or combine fillings—shredded chicken, cream cheese, or various cheese blends all work beautifully to suit your preferences.
